This company takes your money and you don't receive the item. I recommend everyone do an online search for reviews on freestyleshop.com. When you call boardwest, which is the company that shows up on your credit/debit card receipt they claim they only do the credit and debit charges for freestyle.com. After speaking with boardwest and the man giving me this spill he then told me to call a different number which he said would not be open until Monday at 10am, I suddenly got a shipping confirmation. The shipping confirmation contained a bogus tracking number. I find it interesting that within minutes of speaking to this guy I suddenly get two emails saying my items shipped (even though freestyleshop was closed for the previous 3 hours), when for the past two weeks they have replied once to my several emails!
